Ongoing Support for Your Menopause Journey
Menopause is a significant life transition, and while some women feel confident after an initial consultation and follow up, many prefer structured, ongoing support from a trusted expert. Our menopause subscription service ensures continuity of care, allowing you to see the same specialist regularly while spreading the cost over the year.
By choosing a subscription, you receive personalised, ongoing care tailored to your needs, ensuring that your treatment remains effective and evolves with you.
Each of our subscriptions includes a one-time joining fee, followed by a monthly payment based on the frequency of appointments you select.
Menopause Consultations Subscription
For women seeking regular check-ins and guidance from an expert, this package is consultation based and allows you to have in-depth discussion about symptoms and provides structured support with scheduled reviews to recommend treatment strategies.
At each review appointment we will:
Assess Treatment Outcomes: Ensuring continued effectiveness of your treatment plan.
Address Side Effects or Complications: Personalised adjustments as needed.
Refine Treatment Plans: Evolving care that aligns with your needs

Review Every 4 Months: £63 per month

Advanced Menopause Consultations Subscription
For those who require more in-depth care, including ongoing monitoring and additional diagnostic support.
This subscription includes the menopause consultation with the addition of blood tests to check your hormone levels and an ultrasound scan of your uterus and ovaries to check for any abnormalities.
At each review appointment we will:
Assess Treatment Outcomes: Ensuring continued effectiveness of your treatment plan, informed by the blood tests to check your hormone levels
Address Side Effects or Complications: Personalised adjustments as needed.
Refine Treatment Plans: Evolving care that aligns with your needs
Perform repeat blood tests: to check that your hormone levels are responding as expected
Each year we will also perform an additional ultrasound scan of your uterus and ovaries to look for any abnormalities, including any signs of changes being caused by HRT prescription.

Advanced Menopause & Wellness Consultations Subscription
For women who want a more comprehensive approach, including menopause management and broader health considerations. This package includes a full health overview, described on our Advanced Menopause And Wellness Consultation Package, at your initial appointment.
At each review, we will:
Assess Treatment Outcomes: Ensuring continued effectiveness of your treatment plan.
Address Side Effects or Complications: Personalised adjustments as needed.
Refine Treatment Plans: Evolving care that aligns with your needs.
Perform repeat blood tests: to check that your hormone levels are responding as expected
Each year we will also perform an additional ultrasound scan of your uterus and ovaries to look for any abnormalities, including any signs of changes being caused by HRT prescription. We will also undertake an annual comprehensive overview of your health, repeating all of the investigations from your initial appointment.

This allows you to choose your preferred package with the addition of regular follow ups and tests, at a frequency of your choosing. You will regularly meet the same expert who understands you, your history, your current health needs and your own values and priorities to provide ongoing care and attention tailored to you.
Our women’s health service is led by Dr Rhona Cameron, our medical director who has crafted this service with women’s needs in mind. All of our packages are provided by Dr Iain Martin, a consultant gynaecologist and expert in women’s health.
