This patient was unhappy with her lower face and neck. When you look at her face, however, a major contributing factor to her unhappiness with the appearance of her neck was the lack of projection at her chin. We treated this for her using some filler to improve the projection of her chin and definition of her jawline. This is her before and immediately after. She is gorgeous both before and after, but notice how much better her lower face and neck looks with the subtle improvements to the chin and jaw.
