Mr Russell Bramhall

Russell’s foundation is in complex reconstructive plastic surgery. After qualifying in medicine from the University of Edinburgh in 2005, he trained at a number of the UK’s leading plastic surgery units before completing two breast specialist fellowships: one at The Royal Marsden Hospital, the UK’s foremost cancer centre, and another at St Andrew’s Centre for Burns and Plastic Surgery in Essex. He has also travelled internationally to further his expertise, attending as an international fellow in New York, Melbourne, and Brussels. Russell joined McKeown Medical in 2019, and continues his reconstructive work as an NHS consultant at Glasgow Royal Infirmary, specialising in post-cancer breast reconstruction.

Mr Russell Bramhall is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in Plastic Surgery (FRCS(Plast)) and has been on the GMC Specialist Register for Plastic Surgery since October 2016. He is a member of the British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS), the UK’s leading professional body for specialist aesthetic plastic surgeons, and is a GMC-recognised trainer, serving as a clinical supervisor, educational supervisor, and undergraduate training coordinator. His fellowship record includes two breast specialist fellowships at The Royal Marsden Hospital and St Andrew’s Centre for Burns and Plastic Surgery, as well as international fellowships in New York, Melbourne, and Brussels. Alongside his private practice at McKeown Medical, Russell continues his reconstructive work as an NHS consultant at Glasgow Royal Infirmary.
